Empowered Bookkeeping and Tax Services, Inc., was founded in 2022 by Kimitra Cain, a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with over 20 industry experience.  Throughout her career, she has served in mid- to senior-level manager roles and directed accounting, government grants, contracts, payroll, and audits for notable nonprofit and for-profit companies in New York.  She's witnessed firsthand the transformative power of sound financial management and organizations thriving, and focusing on their clients,—all through effective financial planning and expert bookkeeping.
